Tracking your Orders
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please note that there may be extended processing times during sale periods due to higher volume or supply chain delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details to follow its progress. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages and you will receive confirmations with a summary of the items included for each package (rest assured, you are only charged one shipping fee for all items in your order). Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update once it has left us.
You can check the status of your order by proceeding to Order History under your account page.
Changes on Orders or Cancellation
As soon as your order has been accepted, we immediately begin processing to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to make any changes to orders once placed.
We ship across all 25 Cities and provinces throughout Cambodia with our standard shipping option which is flat $2. Depending on your location, you can select preferred shipping agents at checkout. Orders are delivered in 1-3 business days from the shipping date. It may take longer during sales and promotion.
Free shipping is available to all domestic orders with final amount greater than $50+ after any promotions or discounts are applied.
We apologize for now as we are not currently available internationally just yet. However, our teams are working very hard to include international markets through negotiation with couriers and fulfillment capabilities.
